Cloudflare Agents Week 2026: Wallets, an Agents SDK, and a Computer for Every Agent

An identity and a wallet for agents

On August 4, 2026, Cloudflare announced Cloudflare Wallets and cloudflare.pay, giving AI agents deployed on its platform a verifiable identity and the ability to make purchases online within limits set by their human creators. The move is aimed at making “agentic commerce” safer by letting buyers and sellers know who is behind an agent.

Developer tooling unveiled

• An open-source agents SDK plus @cloudflare/think and @cloudflare/codemode packages for building and composing AI agents.
• @cloudflare/computer — an early preview of an agent runtime that gives every agent its own computer with gated file access, shell execution, and Git support.
• Workers RPC — Python and JavaScript Workers can now call each other directly via service bindings, with automatic type conversion and exception propagation.
• Cloudflare Mesh — secure private networking for users, nodes, agents, and Workers.
• Durable Object Facets — Dynamic Workers can spin up Durable Objects with their own isolated SQLite databases.

Cloudflare also introduced scannable API tokens, enhanced OAuth visibility, and GA for resource-scoped permissions to support least-privilege architectures.
